EventRent.ai Trade Account Terms

Version 2026-11-v1. Additional terms for planners and event professionals with an approved trade account.
1. Eligibility
Trade accounts are offered to event planners, designers, venues and other event professionals at our discretion after manual review. We may ask for a website, social profile or business license.
2. Trade pricing
Approved trade accounts see trade pricing (5% below retail by default) on all quotes while signed in. Trade pricing is funded from our commission and never changes the Partner's payout. It may be changed or withdrawn with notice.
3. Acting for clients
When you book for a client you confirm you have authority to accept the Booking Terms on their behalf and to share their event details with us and the Partner. You remain responsible for payment unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Confidentiality of Partner identity
Partner names are disclosed on the booking confirmation for operational purposes only. You agree not to use that information to book the same Partner directly for a client introduced through EventRent.ai within 12 months.
5. Booking Terms apply
The EventRent.ai Booking Terms apply to every booking placed with a trade account.
